Villa Number One Reeds House, also known as BS RE1, is a 3-bedroom condominium located in Reeds Bay within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This condominium enjoys views from its living room, terraces, and roof deck.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a ceiling fan. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, and double vanity. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower only. The second bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
