Villa Bluff Cottage, also known as AA BLC, is a 2-bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Beach within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. Surrounded by tropical gardens, this recently renovated cottage sits atop a bluff.

The living area is furnished with a white sofa and loveseat, and opens to a small indoor dining area, which comfortably seats 4 guests. The dining area opens to an outdoor dining area overlooking the tropical gardens.

The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms are on different levels, each with its own bathroom and private balcony. The upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, while the downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds (ideal for children). The downstairs bedroom opens to a private balcony.

This house also comes with cable TV and WiFi. A private path leads from the villa to the beach. This villa requires a $500 security deposit.

Villa Bluff Cottage, or AA BLC, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
