Villa Gouverneur Dream, also known as WV OTO, is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This newly renovated villa has fantastic views.

The main house has 2 living areas. Located upstairs is a living area with modern sofas facing the ocean view. This room shares its space with a dining room, which has 2 wooden tables and seating for 12 guests, and opens to a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Located on the lower level is another living room, which has off-white sofas and opens to the pool.

The spacious bedrooms are decorated with lovely antiques. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and view. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level, while the third bedroom is located in a separate cottage.

A gym offers plenty of equipment for working out before taking a dip in the heated lap pool with steps. The house also has WiFi, satellite TV, a wine cellar, and a bar with a small fridge on the lower level, which is perfect for entertaining.

Villa WV OTO comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
