Villa Batu, also known as MAV BAT, is a 4-bedroom villa located on Whale Bay within a short walk from the famous beach, The Baths. This Bali-inspired, oceanfront home is a sprawling, multi-level property built atop giant granite boulders.
Aesthetically soothing, Villa MAV BAT was designed to enhance its natural landscape, capture cooling trade breezes, and provide spectacular ocean views. This villa is comprised of several detached structures, which are connected by lighted stone pathways that meander past boulders and through tropical gardens.
The main pavilion houses the living and dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, and an entertainment room with a smart TV and surround sound. The open-floor plan, handcrafted Balinese furniture, original artwork, hardwood floors, and exposed vaulted ceilings add to the island ambience. Across the kitchen is the main dining room, which has a custom-made Mora wood dining table, a serving station, and seating for 8 guests. An outdoor dining area with coastal views is also located on the deck.
All 4 bedrooms are detached from the main house and connected via stone pathways, which are lit in the evening. Each bedroom has a sea view, an ensuite bathroom, and individually controlled air-conditioning. Three bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while 1 bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds.
The air-conditioned gym is well equipped with an elliptical machine, Bowflex adjustable free weights, and more. A deck frames the infinity edge freshwater pool, which offers commanding views. This non-smoking villa also comes with ceiling fans, an outdoor shower, satellite TV, and WiFi. Villa MAV BAT is ideal for families and friends traveling together. Liability waivers are required for each child, ages 12 and younger.
