Villa Papaye, also known as WV AYE, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This beautifully furnished villa is open and airy, and enjoys spectacular views.
Lovely gardens at the entrance lead to an elegant interior with wooden flooring and off-white colors. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living room and has a breakfast bar with stools separating the 2 areas.
The living and dining areas open onto a covered terrace, which greatly extends the living space. A semi-circular pool (heated in winter) is flanked by a sunning terrace and offers exquisite views of the bay.
The master bedroom is located off the living room and features a large en suite bathroom with double vanity and shower. The sitting area of the master bedroom is situated in a loft overlooking the bedroom.
Two other bedrooms are located on either side of the main villa and open to the view. The fourth bedroom is located on the upper level and features private access. The house also comes with air-conditioning in all bedrooms, mosquito nets, WiFi, U.S. and French satellite TV, and shared access to nearby tennis courts on the beach.
Villa Papaye comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
