Villa Phoenix, also known as WV BOU, is a 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa faces the ocean and surrounding islands.

The living room offers a dining area with seating suitable for up to 6 guests. The wooden furniture mixes with green colors, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The living room opens to the pool, which is well exposed to sun and enjoys spectacular sunsets.

The bedrooms are located on either side of the villa. The master bedroom is elegantly decorated with contemporary furniture and off-white colors. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and ocean view. The house also has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi, and French satellite TV.

Villa Phoenix comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
