Villa AZR 062 is a 5-bedroom villa in Cote d’Azur, located only a 2-minute drive from the Mougins Golf Club and the old village, a 5-minute drive from shopping in Mougins, a 15-minute drive from Cannes, and a 25-minute drive from the Nice airport. Villa AZR 062 offers easy access to main cities, villages, and the coast.
This luxurious villa is elegantly and tastefully decorated with furniture bought from both Asia and the West Indies, some of which is 150-years-old.The spacious living room is decorated with white linen and has large picture windows, which open to a beautiful garden. The elegant dining room with marble floors accommodates up to 10 guests. The lovely gourmet kitchen offers access to a breakfast terrace.
This villa sleeps 10 people. The ground floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large marble bathtub and handheld shower, and connects to an office with a safe. The first floor houses 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while 1 bedroom has twin beds. Two bedrooms have separate bathrooms, while 1 bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (each with a tub and shower). The fifth bedroom is across the hall from a bathroom with a shower.
A deck with loungers surrounds the pool, which can be heated for an additional charge. The pool house is well equipped with dining and seating areas, and an additional bedroom suitable for staff. This non-smoking property also comes with satellite TV with French and German channels, a fax machine, fireplace, tennis court, a washer and dryer, and WiFi.
Villa AZR 062 requires a security deposit, which is 25 percent of the rental. In July and August, all villas with bookings of 14 days or more are provided with complimentary linen and towels. During the other months, with bookings less than 14 days, a charge is required for linen and laundry. The price includes electricity (up to €15per week) and final cleaning (up to €250).
