Villa AZR 178 is a 9-bedroom villa in Cote d’Azur, located only a 5-minute drive from the famous village of St. Paul, a 15-minute drive from the beach in Cagnessur Mer, and a 20-minute drive from the airport in Nice. Villa AZR 178 is situated in the hills of La Collesur Loup and offers stunning panoramic sea views.

This stone-built Provencal property is luxuriously decorated in soft colors, creating an elegant ambience. The spacious ground floor living room has 2 sitting areas, a fireplace, and opens onto the terrace and garden. The ground floor also houses a well-equipped kitchen, an office with a laundry room and separate staff entrance, and a dining room, which opens onto the terrace. The first floor has a sitting area with a TV and balcony with sea views.

This villa sleeps 18 people. The master suite on the ground floor is only available for 3-week rentals and at an additional cost. The master suite has garden access, an ensuite bathroom, a dressing area, and study. The first floor houses 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and a terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed or twin beds, while 2 bedrooms are each furnished with twin beds.

The pool level features 3 bedrooms, each with access to the garden and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Two bedrooms are each furnished with twin beds, while 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed or twin beds. The guesthouse has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed.

The lower floor comprises a cinema room, billiards table, sauna, and Moroccan hammam. A corridor leads out to the pool area with a sitting area, bar, kitchenette, and music system. The pool enjoys superb views, while the large garden is covered with trees, lavender fields, and flowers. A little path leads through the woods to a tennis court, waterfall, and a small lake.

Villa AZR 178 also comes with high-speed Internet, WiFi, a large parking area with 2 garages, a ping-pong table, satellite TV, a security alarm system, a fax machine, and air-conditioning in the first floor bedrooms. This villa requires a security deposit, which is 25 percent of the rental.
