Villa AZR 183 is a 6-bedroom villa in Cote d’Azur, located a 5-minute drive from shops in La Collesur Loup, a 10-minute drive from Vence, and a 15-minute drive from Nice and the beach in Cagnessur Mer. This spacious stone house is peacefully situated above La Colle-sur-Loup, and offers superb views of St. Paul and the sea in the distance.
The interior is simply decorated. The large living room on the ground floor has a sitting area with a cozy fireplace, a study, and dining area, which accommodates up to 12 guests. The ground floor also houses a well-equipped Provencal kitchen.
This villa sleeps 12 people. The master bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom. The first floor houses 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The lower floor houses the remaining 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. These 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.
The extensive grounds feature flat lawns, terraces, woods, and a floodlit tennis court, which is ideal for night matches. The fully fenced, oval-shaped swimming pool with an alarm can be heated upon request. This villa also comes with a ping-pong table and WiFi. Caretakers reside on the property.
In July and August, with bookings of 14 days or more, linen and towels are provided. During other months, with bookings of less than 14 days, linen and laundry may require a charge. The security deposit is 25 percent of the rental.
