Villa AZR 048 is a 5-bedroom villa in Cote d’Azur, located in the area of Les Hauts de St. Paul near the famous restaurants of La Colombied’or and Mas d’Artigny, a 10-minute drive from Vence, and a 20-minute drive from Nice. Designed by the well-known architect Robert Dallas, the house is spacious and bright thanks to large bay windows, which slide completely inside the walls.
The interior is decorated and furnished in a contemporary and comfortable style with pale-colored furniture. The spacious sitting room has a fireplace, bar, and large bay windows, which open to the pool area. The TV room has satellite TV, while the study is well equipped with a fax machine.
