Villa Azula Vista, also known as MA AZU, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in East End within minutes of the beach and shopping. This spacious, colorful villa is built on 3 levels.
The main-level walkway leads to a lanai, which separates 2 pavilions and has a bar,mini-fridge, sofas, and chairs adjacent to a covered veranda with arches. One pavilion houses a living area with a cathedral ceiling and glass sliders on 2 sides, a dining alcove that seats 8 guests, and a pass-through counter with 2 stools. The gourmet kitchen, which has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, shares its space with a laundry room and desk with high-speed Internet.
Across the lanai is the second main-level pavilion, which houses 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a powder room between them. The master suite features a 4-poster king-size bed. Located next door is a colorful suite with twin beds, which can be made into a king-size bed with advance notice.
On the garden level are 2 suites, each with a covered patio with tables and chairs. This mid-level patio is equipped with a gas grill, wet bar, mini-fridge and second powder room. The west bedroom suite (located just off the patio) is a large apartment with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, full kitchen, and a dining and living area (with a queen-size sofa bed and twin sofabeds). Located off the patio is the east studio suite, which has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette with fridge.
A few steps down is the pool level, which has glass-tile accents, a tiled sundeck with chaise lounges, outdoor shower, and a dining area on the sundeck. This non-smoking property also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi, cable TV, and an electronic security gate. This villa requires a 7-night stay during Thanksgiving, a $500 security deposit, and a maximum of 8 people.
Villa AzulaVista, or MA AZU, comes with mid-week house cleaning service. Ask your villa specialist for detail. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Photos compliments of Don Hebert.
