Villa Infinity, also known as MA INF, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Central within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hilltop villa enjoys views of the harbor and the red-roofed town of Charlotte Amalie.
An electronic gate leads to the lush landscaped grounds. The 2-story main pavillion houses the living area with comfortable sofas and a large-screen TV, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining area. Screened pocket doors (all equipped with electronic roll-down shutters) lead out to a shaded veranda next to the large pool.
The gourmet kitchen boasts handcrafted mahogany cabinetry and a granite island with a gas cooktop. Nearby is a wet bar with mini-fridge, icemaker, wine fridge, and a glassed china cabinet. Just outside the dining area is a professional stainless steel gas grill.
On the upper level is the spacious master suite with a 4-poster queen-size bed, large his-and-her bathroom, and separate small sitting room with a twin daybed. A trellised balcony overlooks the pool, gazebo, and harbor. A separate pavilion houses the second bedroom with a 4-poster queen-size bed and private covered porch. A separate pavilion houses 2 more bedrooms with a connecting door. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has a twin beds or a king-size bed.
A deck surrounds the large infinity edge pool, which is artistically tiled in blue mosaic. The pool area is dotted with palms and bordered by a hot tub at one end and a gazebo on the other. This house also has an automatic generator, cable TV, a gas grill, WiFi and high-speed Internet, and fitness equipment.
A caretaker lives below the villa in an apartment with a separate, private entrance. This villa requires a 7-night minimum stay year-round (10 nights during Christmas and New Year holidays), and a $1,000 security deposit. Weddings or parties are not permitted.
Villa Infinity, or MA INF, comes with mid-week house cleaning service. Ask your villa specialist for detail. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Photos compliments of Don Hebert.
